Kit Kat Dark Chocolate Coco Cookies

I like to call these Frankenstein Cookies. They look best with mint Kit Kat bars (when they are in season) to get that classic green color of Frankenstein. Cute, yummy and different dessert to bring to your halloween parties.

Ingredients

1. 1 cup Flour 2. 2/3 cups coco 3. 1 tsp baking soda 4. pinch of salt 5. 1 stick of room temp butter 6. 3/4 cups brown suagr 7. 1/4 cup sugar 8. 1 egg 9. 1 tsp vanilla extract 10. Dark Chocolate Chunks (diced) 11. 12 mini Kit Kats cut into cubes (best with mint Kit Kats!) ** In the picture I did birthday cake Kit Kats.

1. Mix all ingredients up to salt in one bowl. 2. Mix the rest of the ingredents (besides the kit kats) into another bowl 4. Mix together gradually 5. Roll dough into balls 6. Stick Kit Kat cubes into dough 7. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes
