

Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
The cutest cinnamon rolls for fall!
Ingredients
1. 3/4 cups of whole milk (warm) 2. 1/4 cup sugar 3. 1 package of yeast 3. 3/4 cups pumpkin puree 4. 1.4 cup butter 5. egg 6. 4 cups of flour 7. 2 tbsp pumpkin spice 8. Pinch of salt 9. Cooking string For Filling: 1. 2/3 cup brown sugar 2. 2 tbsp cinnamon 3. 1/4 cup of butter For Frosting: 1. 4 oz cream cheese 2. 1/4 cup powdered sugar 3.3 tbsp butter 4.4 tbsp of syrup
Directions
1. Stir together all wet ingredients 2. In seperate bowl, stir all dry ingredients 3. Combine together slowly 4. Place on lightly floured surface 5. Knead for 8 mins, should be in a ball. Place in a glass bowl, cover and place in warm place for 1 hour to rise. 6. After an hour, roll onto lightly floured surface and form into 14 x 16 rectangle 7. For the filling, spread butter all over rectangle 8.Mix all filling ingredients 9. Spread all over rectangle 10. Roll into one large cinnamon roll 11. Cut 1 1/2 inch rolls, with floss for individual buns 12. Use cooking string to tie bun into 4's 13. Cover buns and let rise for 1 hour 14. Bake at 350 for 20 mins 15. While baking, make the frosting 15. Combine all frosting ingredients until it is in a glaze form 16. When buns are done let cool and cut string off 17. Glaze when ready to serve!
